Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC SA), a major player in the Guinean mining sector, has the pleasure to announce the election to the country’s Chamber of Mines of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Malick N’Diaye. The Chamber of Mines is an organization that brings together all the mining companies and mining contractors that operate within Guinea with the objective of promoting the mining sector and defending the interests of mining companies.
The committee executive will be composed of 4 members:
Ms. Aissata BEAVOGUI, Director General of GAC, said: “Securing the presidency of this organisation, which represents the mining companies of Guinea and defends their interests with determination, is an honour and an event of pride for GAC.”
Guinea Alumina Corporations S.A. (GAC) announced today that it has contributed 18.5 billion Guinean francs to the Boké Local Economic Development Fund (FODEL) for 2022, an increase of more than 28 over the previous year.
