GAC’s CFO elected President of Chamber of Mines

Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC SA), a major player in the Guinean mining sector, has the pleasure to announce the election to the country’s Chamber of Mines of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Malick N’Diaye. The Chamber of Mines is an organization that brings together all the mining companies and mining contractors that operate within Guinea with the objective of promoting the mining sector and defending the interests of mining companies. 

The committee executive will be composed of 4 members: 

  • President: GAC 
  • 1st vice-president: CBG 
  • 2nd vice president: UMS
  • Treasurer: SAG 

Ms. Aissata BEAVOGUI, Director General of GAC, said: “Securing the presidency of this organisation, which represents the mining companies of Guinea and defends their interests with determination, is an honour and an event of pride for GAC.”
