Guinea Alumina Corporation is the bauxite mining subsidiary of Emirates Global Aluminium, the world’s largest ‘premium aluminium’ producer. We mine and move bauxite, the ore from which aluminium is derived.

Marie-Christine Frenette
General Counsel, Head of Ethics & Business Integrity
Marie-Christine Frenette joined GAC as General Counsel and Head of Ethics and Business Integrity in August 2023. Prior to joining GAC, Marie-Christine was Vice President and General Counsel for West Africa at Kinross Gold Corporation.
With over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, Marie-Christine has worked in Canada for national law firms in the field of business law.
Marie-Christine holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from Université Laval and is a member of the Quebec Bar.
